After activating WooCommerce Smart Offers plugin, you will be redirected to Welcome Page which explains Smart Offers features along with Shortcode & FAQ.
Smart Offers Settings lets you control how many offers to be shown and also lists the various styling options.
Smart Offers for WooCommerce has a few custom shortcodes that you can use anywhere in the offer content. Check this doc for the shortcode reference.
This article will tell you when your theme is not fully compatible with Smart Offers i.e. when theme template doesn't include exactly the same hooks.
Smart Offers additional settings allows you to show an offer on the thank you / order complete page for custom order statuses in WooCommerce.
