Mansi Shah

Mansi leads product for Affiliate for WooCommerce, Smart Offers and other StoreApps plugins: the tools merchants use to run affiliate programs and to put the right offer in front of a customer at the right moment. Her job is to stand between what merchants ask for and what engineers can safely ship, and decide. Will this hold up? Will it survive the next update? Will anyone find the setting? Is it worth building at all?

She has the engineering depth to tell what's feasible from what's merely promised, and the growth instinct to know how a tool gets found and adopted. Keeping product, engineering and growth pulling the same way has taught her that the useful feature is rarely the loudest request. It's the one that removes a merchant's daily friction and keeps working.

When she writes, expect the product-side view: how affiliate programs and offers actually play out in a store, the trade-offs behind a tool, and how to choose software you won't regret six months in. Off the clock she's reading, planning her next trip, hunting down good food, or getting far too invested in a TV show.
